Aluminium frames — slim, strong, refined.
The right choice for large glazed openings, corner solutions and modern architecture. Thermally broken for optimal insulation, virtually any RAL colour.
When aluminium?
Aluminium outperforms PVC in three situations: openings wider than about 3 metres, corner solutions without a visible upright, and architecture where slim lines and sharp detail dominate. For villas, lofts and modern new-build, often the default choice.
- Profiles from 50 mm view (vs 70 — 90 mm PVC)
- Suitable for dimensions up to 6+ metres
- Strong load capacity, ideal for triple glazing
- Smoother running of sliding systems
- Virtually any RAL colour available
Thermally broken
Modern aluminium frames use a thermal break (polyamide strip) between the outer and inner shell. Result: aluminium no longer acts as a cold bridge. With HR+++ glass, whole-frame U-values down to 0.9 W/m²K are achievable in practice.
Colour, finish and detail
We work with Reynaers, Schüco and Heroal systems. Standard powder-coated in any RAL colour, optionally with wood-look foil or anodised finish. Recessed handles, concealed hinges and glazing beads — we think along with your architecture.
- RAL, Pantone or NCS colour selection
- Matt, satin or textured powder coating
- Anodised as premium finish
- Wood-look foils available
- Bicolour: different colour inside and outside
For renovation or new-build
Aluminium frames are no longer only for new-build — modern renovation systems also fit existing day-light openings. We assess on site whether one-to-one replacement is possible or whether trim infill is required, and quote both scenarios transparently.
