Façades that perform and impress.
A ventilated façade protects your building, improves insulation and gives the property a contemporary, premium appearance. For renovation and new-build.
What is a ventilated façade?
A ventilated façade separates insulation and cladding with a continuous ventilation cavity of about 20 — 40 mm. Moisture from the construction is removed, insulation stays dry and retains maximum performance. Long-term: less mould, less frost damage, higher comfort.
- 20 — 40 mm continuous ventilation cavity
- Insulation stays dry and effective
- No freezing or UV damage to insulation
- Higher whole-wall U-value than sealed façade
- 40 — 60 year service life depending on material
Materials — which fits you?
We work with aluminium composite panels (ACP), HPL (high-pressure laminate), fibre cement and ceramic tiles. Each material has its own price bracket, look and maintenance profile. We advise based on architecture, wind exposure and your maintenance preference — not on margin.
- Aluminium composite (ACP): flat, modern, almost any colour
- HPL: extremely durable, wood- or stone-look
- Fibre cement: natural look, matte finish
- Ceramic: premium, weather-resistant, long life
Renovation: from label D to label A
In a façade renovation we can fully insulate the existing wall (typically 100 — 200 mm), build the ventilated structure and replace the window frames in one go. In a single project, your home often gains two EPC steps — directly noticeable in your energy bill and your property value.
Coordination and planning
Façade projects span multiple trades: carpentry, insulation, painting, glazing. We coordinate the complete path in-house, including scaffolding, waste removal and delivery. For contractors and owners' associations we also deliver in phases.
